insert a Slide from Outline: |

Place
the insertion point where the new slide is to be imported. |

Open the
Insert menu and select Slides from Outline. |

Format menu and select Slide Color Scheme. |

edit a chart's data: |

on the chart object and display the Datasheet. |

new data or change the existing data. |

View, display the slide in which to add comments. |

Insert menu and select Comment. |

Type the
comments and then click outside the yellow comments box. |

Move the
comment box as desired. |

insert a slide from another presentation: |

In Slide
Sorter View, place the insertion point where the slide should go. |

From the
Insert menu select Slides from Files. |

Select
the presentation file. |

Display
