Bullets On and Off
Place the insertion points in the text object.
Click on the Bullets button.
Type the desired entries.

Rulers and Markers
To change the Indents on Bulleted Text :
Display the Rulers.
Place the Insertion Point in the Text Object.
Drag the Indent Marker to the new position.
Indenting Paragraphs
Display the Rulers.
Place the Insertion Point in the Text Object
Drag the Indent Marker to the new position
Line Spacing
Select the paragraph(s).
Open the Format menu and select Line Spacing.
Complete the Line Spacing Dialog Box.
Increase Font
Select the desired text.
Click on the appropriate Font Size Button.
Replace Fonts
From the Format Menu select Replace Fonts.
Complete the Replace Fonts dialog box.
Change Text Case
Select the desired text.
From the Format menu select Change Case.
Complete the Change Case Dialog Box.
Replace Text
Open the Edit Menu and Selet Replace.
Enter the Text to Find.
Emter the Text to Replace with.
Choose a Search Option.
Format Painter
Select the text with the desired formatting.
Click the Format Painter button.
Select the Text to paint with the new format.
Insert Auto Shapes
From the Drawing Toolbar, click on the AutoShapes button.
Select an AutoShapes category and click on the desired shape.
Position the tool pointer on the slide and drag the shape to the size you want.
Expand Outline
Click on the Collapse All or the Expand All Button.
Summary slide
Go to Slide sorter or Outline View
Select the desired slides.
While holding down the shift key, select the slide(s).
Click on the summary slide button. Pack and Go
To prepare a presentation for use on another computer:
Open the desired presentation.
From the file menu select Pack and Go.
Follow the instructions in the Pack and Go Wizard.
Speaker Notes
In Notes Page View, select the Text object.
Can zoom in to get a better view.
Enter the desired text.
Headers and Footers.
From  the View Menu select Header and Footer.
Select the appropriate tab.
Select an option or enter the desired text.
Click on Apply or Apply All.
Can click on the Notes and Handouts tab to add information to the notes page.
Audience Handouts
Open the View menu.
Select Master, then Handout Master.
Enter text.
Style checker
From the Tools menu select Stle Checker.
Select the options button.
Specify corrections to be checked.
Click on the Start button.
Ignore or change the inconsistencies that Style Checker points out.
Slide orientation
Open the File Menu and select Page Setup.
Select the desired orientation for the slides or handouts.
Confirm the dialog box.
Multiple Windows
From the first presentation, select the text that you wish to copy.
Click on the Copy button.
Go to the presentation you wish to paste the text in.
Place the insertion point in the slide where you wish to place the text.
Click on the paste button.
Create a chart
Click on the New Slide button.
Choose the  Chart slide.
Double-click to add chart.
Click on the down arrow to the right of the Chart Type button.
Select the new chart type.
Chart Data Series
Couble-click on chart.
Select By Column or By Row.
Text Animation.
In Slide Sorter View select a slide with text in a text placeholder.
Click on the text Preset Animation dropdown list button and select the desired animation effect.
Slide Transition
Select the desired slide.
Click on the Slide Transition Effects List button.
Select the desired effect from the dropdown list.
Slide Timing
Select the slides you wish to time, using Slide Sorter View.
In the Slide Transition Dialog box set the Slide Advance and Timing.
When  you have set timing for the individual slides, open the Setup Show dialog box, select the Range of slides you wish to run, and set the show to Use Timings if present.
Run the slide Show.
Hide Slides
Select the desired slide.
Click on the Hide Slide button.
